The price you need from your revenue goal, your costs per customer and the margin you want.
Work backwards: if you want $5,000 a month and can realistically reach 150 paying customers in the next year, you need about $34 a month per customer. If that feels too high for what the product does, you need more customers, a narrower audience that values it more, or a bigger problem to solve.
Costs set the floor, not the price. Your hosting, AI and payment costs tell you the lowest price that still keeps your margin - customers pay for the problem you solve, not for your server bill.
Low prices need many customers, and many customers need marketing you may not have time for. A higher price with fewer, more serious customers is usually easier for a solo founder - and you can always add a cheaper plan later. Raising prices on existing customers is much harder.
