A rough value range for a small SaaS from MRR and a revenue multiple.
Small SaaS products are usually priced as a multiple of annual recurring revenue (ARR = MRR × 12) or of yearly profit. Multiples vary widely - a few times ARR is common for small, owner-run products - so treat any calculator, this one included, as a starting point for a conversation, not a price.
Pick the multiple honestly: compare with recently sold products of similar size on acquisition marketplaces, and move it down for the risks a buyer will see.
Up: steady month-over-month growth, low churn, high margins, many customers (no single one is a big share of revenue), and a business that runs without you. Down: falling revenue, high churn, dependence on one channel or platform, and tangled code only you understand.
The cheapest way to be worth more is usually lower churn: it raises both the multiple and the revenue it's applied to.
